The entire staff is always so welcoming!! I had a 90 minute massage from Robby! OMG - dare I say the best massage I have ever received! It absolutely was - he made sure throughout the massage that his pressure was good and he really paid attention to the areas i mentioned during our quick consult. He incorporated massage of my whole body, pressure points, stretching / range of motion beautifully into a 90 minute session! I was SO relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time when I left. Thank you so much Robby!! Next up for service is a couples massage! Highly recommend this wellness studio!

It felt like the masseuse really took her time with the massage and my pain is pretty much gone. I felt extremely relaxed, more than I ever have after a massage. I live an hour away but it’s definitely worth the drive.

I had such a wonderful experience at A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio. From the moment we booked to the end of our visit, everything was smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully handled. I scheduled services for my mom, my adult daughter, and myself to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to coordinate our appointments so we could all enjoy the day together. The entire staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. We especially loved the sauna and salt room, which were incredibly relaxing and added so much to the overall experience. The massages were absolutely incredible, and my mom could not stop talking about how much she enjoyed her facial. It truly felt like a special and memorable day for all of us. I am so grateful to the team for helping make my mom’s birthday celebration so meaningful. I would highly recommend A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio to anyone looking for a relaxing and well organized wellness experience.

Everything was great! We just couldn't afford 2 of us paying for messages. Mine was due to a lower back injury. Once the muscles were worked over, I felt like I only need a message a few times a year.

I like how easy it is to make an appointment online. Also how you get reward points. I like the professionalism of the massage therapists. I book with a different one each month and they are all experienced and give a good massage.
