There are several weekend appointments, which is very much appreciated as I am still working full time during the week. Also all of the massage therapists I have used are very professional and have always asked if there are any areas they need to focus on.

I love Valley of Vitality. I love ALL of the massage therapist (it really is like therapy for my back). I have said in the past that I don't want to share super great services because it makes it harder to get seen. You have to schedule pretty far out. I discovered that Amada is now providing facials! Wowza I have had two and they are wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful service and the great staff.

Adryana is the therapist I go to. She is wonderful. She always asks if there is anything specific that needs attention. I find her massages are really helpful in keeping me in great shape. I go once a month so that I truly get the best results.

I liked the fact that your massages have hot stones and the masseuse uses heated lotion. I also don't recall any loud music or noise during my session.
