The atmosphere at A Valley of Vitality is my favorite part. I don’t like the clinical feeling many wellness locations are becoming lately. The Manager, Maggie is also wonderful. She gives her whole heart to making everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of.

It was soothing to walk into a well-tended space dedicated to body work and relaxation. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was calm, I loved coming out after and seeing the therapists giving clients tips and tricks for continued self care. I also thoroughly enjoyed my massage.
