the sales rep was great and the installer was fantastic. service could not have been better. our water tastes much better and the yellowish tint is gone. I do have a concern however. the whole house carbon filter is VERY NOISEY. and the toilets flush much louder too. can anything be done about that? thanks, [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

I called for an appointment to have someone come out and make recommendations and give us a price for an in-home water system. I received an email and phone call from Abby Mast within an hour and we set up appointment for the following week that was convenient for me. Abby was on time and was able to show us our current water quality and make recommendations to improve our water quality. We agreed on a system, and she was able to coordinate the installations later that week. From our first phone call to installation was one week. Abby followed up to be sure we were satisfied with the installation and that everything was what we had agreed on. The installer, Carlos, was on time for the installation, explained exactly what he was going to do and did an excellent job in installation. He cleaned up after installation and went over the entire system to be sure we understood how it worked. Total installation time was about 3 1/2 hours. The concern for total satisfaction and exceptional customer service was the attitude of both Abby and Carlos. I would highly recommend Mast Culligan to take care of your water issues.

Brian W. Is my delivery tech for 5 gal. Bottles. Great guy, Great Attitude, There When I expect him. I never need to worry about deliveries. I am checking e-mails and I turn around to see him with a WAVE when I Hear him open the screen door to drop off my bottles.
