I recently visited the Mathews YMCA and was very impressed with the newer and variety of equipment that was offered, versus the Hartfield and Kilmarnocks YMCA equipment. When you are trying to get in better shape for whatever the reason you want to be able to use equipment that better suits your needs and ability.

I enjoy my visits to your Y because your facilities include what I want to use, the people are great and the facilities are kept in good order. The only things you don't offer are an indoor pool and access to the Silver Sneakers program.

The YMCA offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where everyone knows your name as soon as you walk in. Hope Lowe's Sprint 8 class is outstanding—she’s an incredible motivator who keeps you pushing forward with enthusiasm. The staff is amazing, always friendly, and eager to help, making every visit a great experience! Highly recommend!
