This Mathnasium is truly special. My daughter attends Clark Intermediate School, and my son goes to York Junior High School. They both consistently receive A’s on their math assessments and genuinely enjoy learning math now. One of my daughter’s friends also enrolled here because she saw how well my daughter was doing and wanted to improve too. The director here truly cares about the students and teaches them with dedication and passion. We have tried other Mathnasium locations before, but this one is by far the best. Advanced students can learn ahead, while students who need more support get exactly what they need. This place really brings out the best in every child.

We came over the summer with my incoming 7th grader. He wanted to attempt to test out of all 8th grade math to be able to take Algebra 1 in 7th grade. The manager was very forth coming that with only 6 weeks of studying for the CBE that this would be a difficult task. I liked that she was honest with me. After testing my son on his level she believed he could take on this task. He went 2 times a week over the next 6 weeks. We were very proud that just 6 weeks of studying he PASSED the Test with an 83 !! Thank you for working so hard with my son !

Mathnasium has been a conducive space for my son. He has learned solid math strategies and, just as importantly, has started feeling more confident in himself. It has also helped him better organize his time and think about how he learns, which has made a big difference. What I appreciate most is that he enjoys going. He looks forward to his sessions, which say a lot. I highly recommend them!

My daughter struggles with Math, but she’s finally learning at Mathnasium - Birnam Woods. Ms. Shena is a great teacher and I truly can tell that she cares about the students learning. We’re very blessed that we found this place! It’s also affordable unlike other outrageous expensive tutoring places is the area.
