Our daughter has been struggling with basic math concepts despite getting help at school and our efforts as parents to teach her. She often battles when it comes to completing a 3 page weekly packet. Mathnasium staff at champlin/brooklyn park were very friendly, understanding, trustworthy and are dedicated to their students. Our daughter has been attending 2 sessions a week for the past month. She started at completing 6 pages in an hour session, had increased to 8 pages and on a weekend session she completed a whopping 24 pages!! She looks forward to going (while homework is still a struggle- we feel she isn’t at a level of understanding with her grade level/requirements to feel successful/confident and that’s why she fights it at home) We are increasing sessions to maximum of 10/months over the summer to help “catch”catch her up and plan to continue on. Perhaps adding sibling in near future as well.

We love Mathnasium! Fallon and her team have helped Teagan feel more confident in her math skills. If she doesn't understand something, they break it down and walk her through the steps so it makes sense. They have shown Teagan that math can be fun and it is used in our every day lives not just at school. Teagan looks forward to her sessions at mathnasium and no longer dreads math class, we are very thankful for the Mathnasium team!

Fifth-grade math proved to be significantly more challenging for our daughter. Building on math skills from the previous year after the summer off on top of the pace of introductions to new concepts was overwhelming. We spent countless hours at the kitchen table trying to support our daughter, but it never seemed to be enough. Someone suggested that we consider Mathnasium. Within 4 months of Mathnasium’s support, our daughter went from a 72% to an 87% math score. Her confidence in math is returning and we feel so grateful for her to have this opportunity and level of support from Mathnasium.

Fallon & Co at Mathnasium BP/Champlin have been great over the last year, helping my daughter get caught up with math after her previous school failed to teach the subject. They are great about making it fun and getting the work done, so my daughter doesn't get burned out on the subject. I get regular updates on her progress. My only mild requestion for change is that I wish the program for scheduling was a little more user friendly, but otherwise everything is great and we are signing up for another 18 months.

Fallon is a helpful, positive, encouraging, honest person. She gladly accepts feedback and adjusts accordingly. Our daughter is going to 7th grade but is on a 4th grade math level due to us relocating during the pandemic. Her confidence was lacking. She is now excited to share tips, tricks, techniques and general math facts that she's learned and looks forward to her time at Mathnasium.

There’s some progress realized in my son since he started at Mathnasium. He can now sit down and work on his own what was not possible sometimes ago. He is getting more understanding of maths and is getting better at school even though he is not yet where he supposed to be. I can only appreciate your help because I know it’s not easy what you’re doing. Thank you for all your work .

Mathnasium has been instrumental in building my 3rd grader’s natural curiosity and understanding towards math. He now enjoys and initiates thinking of daily tasks in terms of math equations! It’s been fun to see this “new level” of his brain Unlocked! It’s been worth the investment for our family!

My daughter enjoys going to Mathnasium. She is usually a shy person, but she works well with each of the instructors. She has really come out of her shell since starting tutoring. Not only is she gaining knowledge and understanding , but she is gaining confidence. I am beyond pleased with their individualized curriculum, teaching style, and how much my daughter has learned.

We love Mathnasium! Math is one of my son’s favorite subjects and he wasn’t getting much of a challenge in school. He likes the flexibility of being able to work at his own pace and move ahead as he learns new subjects. My son enjoys his sessions and likes the learning style. The smaller ratio of students to teachers is great. The staff are all awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. We have attended a few of the events including packing meals at Feed my Starving Children, a game night at a center where the robotics team came and a trip to iFly with a Stem lesson as well as some in-center special events. We had a great time at all of them. Thanks Mathnasium!

I like the way they teach the students, and how they give great advice for a better way to help the students learn about the subject they are learning. I also enjoy how they help students on their homework.
