Tutors are excellent at mathnasium and they are willing to listen and help out.. I don't recall any incident when I went to them with a concern and they couldn't address it. Sue is extremely helpful and is very considerate when it comes to make up lessons and is always willing to listen. I'm glad that I chose mathnesium to help my kids.
Even though my children were not happy about going to tutoring in the summer they always come out saying they learned something that they were doing it all wrong before. I have one child very behind and not confident and another ahead but wants to get ahead before she has troubles. The young encouraging staff allow them to feel like they are getting instructions from college kids and not their own mother.
We have been with Mathnasium for many years now, and it is my great pleasure to say that it has definitely been a beyond positive learning experience for both my daughters. The dedicated and knowledgable tutors not only helped them better understand material they were struggling with at school, but made them more confident in their skills and made math a less intimidating, and more enjoyable subject. We have referred many friends to Mathnasium and did so honestly, as the experience has been like no other, and we are more than happy to share this with everyone we know. Thank you!
The schedule is accomodating to summer activities. The flexibility of 3 hours vs 2 90 minute sessions per week works well. The format and individual plans ensure a student's success. The individual attention a student receives is most helpful.
Sue and her Mathnasium team are experts at power summer for high school students. The instructors get to know the students and guide them through the material, so they are more than ready for the new math course come fall.
My son had a failing grade and now has a B in 7th grade math. The fantastic people at mathnasium found his gaps in knowledge and helped to fix them when the school was ineffective. I cannot thank you enough!
