We brought our 9th grade daughter Sophie to Mathnasium seven weeks ago. She was never very confident in math, and just after a little over a month she got a 92 on her math test. Sophie said that that was the first math test she ever took where everything just made sense.
We cannot thank Satish and his team for all they have done already for our daughter!

My son [FIRST NAME REMOVED]’ math skills have improved dramatically since becoming a Mathnasium student. Satish and all the rest of the staff and instructors have been exceptionally patient and are excellent at improving my son’s math skills. Highly recommended if you would like to improve your child’s math ability.

My daughter has been attending Mathnasium since January of 2022. Before Mathnasium she did not enjoy math and she was not confident in her math skills. Now things have completely changed. She actually ask for everyone in the family to quiz her on math questions, she even gives us math problems to solve as we are driving to our daily activities. Before she would spend HOURS on her math homework after school, now the assignments are done without as much time and she looks forward to turning in her homework. Her confidence is through the roof.
After school went remote, I was tasked with teaching and reinforcing her studies, and math was always a subject that was difficult for us -especially with the math being taught completely different from how it was taught when I was in grade school. So I can honestly say, once I signed her up for tutoring and left it to Mathnasium of Commack to help her with her math studies, our mother-daughter relationship is so much better; and that means a lot to the parent of a pre-teen.
She looks forward to going to tutoring every week; and she goes 2-3 times a week. She has been enjoying it so much that now one of her classmates also takes tutoring there as well. When we asked if she wanted to take a break for the summer she said, "No." She wants to keep studying, and is excited about being prepared for the new school year.
She is going to be away for 2 weeks this summer, so we were going to find her a tutor in the area she would be visiting, however the staff at Mathnasium offered to continue her tutoring lessons online so she could continue to stay on her current track and not fall behind. She was so excited to have that option. She was willing to try out another tutor because she now loves math, but she really enjoys the curriculum and staff at Mathnasium of Commack.
The staff at Mathnasium of Commack are professional and attentive. They always offer feedback. They make math fun. There are so many different incentives that are built into their program that really encourage the students to want to go to tutoring each day. Math games, math night, student of the month, so much. My daughter is going to be in 6th grade next school year, and she was over the moon about being able to put her math binder with the middle school binders...lol. She has fun at Mathnasium of Commack, and math is no longer a chore for her.
I cannot recommend this location ENOUGH. When I first started looking for a tutoring center I read the reviews thoroughly, and the other parent's feedback was one of the reasons we chose this location; even though there were others closer to our home. So I wanted to be sure to leave a review that would give any parents out there insight into the value the Mathnasium of Commack provides to our family.

We love Mathnasium from the beginning
My son is more confident, the owner and teachers are a great team.
My son is happy to be there, my granddaughter is waiting to join him next year
It’s definitely worth every penny, it’s the best investment for your child's future !

I was looking at this place for few years as my son was at different math center after school.
This year he has realized that its time to change and upgrade his after school activities.
We decided to finally try Mathnasium and that was bingo !
The owner and teachers are simply amazing, and the program is wonderful.
The most important part is that my 11 yr old son loves to go to this center. Not only does he learn new math skills, he also gets help with his school hw, and gets prepared for his exams. Don’t think twice, try Mathnasium, you won’t be disappointed:)
