We have a great experience with the Foster City Mathnasium team. The staff is patient and supportive. My child has grown more confident in math. Communication has been excellent— the team is responsive, professional and genuinely invested in students’ progress. Special shout out to Brenda — thank you for everything you do to make sure my daughter’s needs are met and that she’s set up for success in school.

I really appreciate the communication, patience with my child, willingness to problem solve when there is an issue, and recognition of my child as a whole child, not just a math student. I've been referring my son's friends to Mathnasium because we've had such a great experience. The teacher-to-student ratio is very reasonable, allowing for personalized attention, and my son truly enjoys going. The regular assessments help track progress and keep students challenged appropriately. A special shoutout to Brenda from the Foster City location—she’s amazing! She's always accommodating with schedule changes and genuinely passionate about helping students grow. Highly recommend!

Brenda Lara is awesome! She is very responsive, accommodating and very supportive of my family's objectives/goals by helping our son who is trying to accelerate his math pathway (skipping math 7 when he is at 7th grade). We also have a very busy schedules and we were allow to start and finish our son's sessions 10 mins earlier so that we can get to the next activity promptly. I have referred a few new students to the Foster city center.

A friendly team of people who take a genuine interest in promoting a positive learning environment for my son. I love their approach to achieving Math fluency and building confidence through small groups and repetition. The reward stars and prizes offer a great incentive to remain engaged in the learning process.
