Since starting at Mathnasium, my children’s math skills have progressed beyond measure—and in just 9 months! One son, who was two years behind, is now ahead of his current grade level, while my other son, already in advanced math, continues to excel without skipping a beat. What’s incredible is that they still love going! The sessions are fun, engaging, and led by a staff of kind, intelligent professionals I trust wholeheartedly with my kids’ education.
Under the new owner, Desiree, the center has truly leveled up. Her passion shines through—she takes the time to understand each child’s needs and even collaborates with their teachers to align lessons with what they’re learning in school. While the program follows national standards, this personalized touch makes a huge difference. My kids’ confidence has soared, their grades have improved, and they’re mastering concepts I never thought possible so quickly.
Mathnasium also makes life easier for parents. With flexible online sessions when we can’t make it in person and regular progress reports to track their growth, it’s a perfect fit for busy families. Plus, the monthly Parents’ Night Out on Fridays is a hit—our kids enjoy fun, educational activities while we get a well-deserved break. Events like this throughout the year keep them entertained and learning, which is every parent’s dream combo!

We recently joined the Mathnasium team of Sugarland and are very happy with them.
I appreciate that the entire team has helped my daughter to understand the subject she needs help with. Our daughter has expressed a great appreciation for the teachings and tutoring. She is happy that she understands thanks to the team of tutors. She looks forward to attending. It has been a confidence boost for her as before she joined she was struggling to understand the material.

We are so grateful to have found Mathnasium! Under new ownership, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Desiree, the new owner, is truly passionate about what she does. She was incredibly patient and made sure our kids' assessments were tailored to their needs, helping them start in the right areas. Our kids absolutely love going here and even ask when they can go back! The staff genuinely cares about each student’s success and makes the learning experience both fun and productive.
One of our children was struggling with math after a gradual decline in grades last year. Desiree was accommodating, allowing him to attend sessions frequently, which really helped him finish the school year strong. He even loved going over the summer! Now, his confidence is back, and he’s proudly bringing home A's—many of them 100's.
Our other child is in advanced math, and after hearing how much fun his sibling was having, he *begged* my husband and me to let him join too. The sibling discounts, along with military, first responder, and educator discounts, are a great perk! The extra practice has helped him master the skills he needs to excel in his advanced math classes.
We did a lot of research before choosing Mathnasium, and the methods they use are the reasons we enrolled. Yes, it’s a financial commitment, but it’s worth every penny. The flat fee is more affordable than in-home tutoring, especially if you take advantage of the discounts. Plus, Mathnasium offers online sessions, so if you can’t make it in person, your child can log in and complete lessons from home. The regular progress updates, including mastery checks and quarterly reports, give us real-time insight into our kids' growth.
They’ve also been offering free Parent’s Night Out once a month on Fridays from 6-8pm, which is another fun way for the kids to enjoy Mathnasium—and a date night for my husband and me!
Overall, we are very happy with Mathnasium. The improvement in our kids’ grades and confidence is priceless. It’s an investment in their future, ensuring they have the tools to be successful not only in math but in life. Highly recommend!
