I would absolutely recommend Mathnasium and the curriculum approach for a friend. Our children have both benefited from extra math exposure to gain more confidence in the subject especially through COVID. Both of my children confidently bring home As on math tests - in part due to the Mathnasium tutoring they revived for 3+ years!

Mathnasium is a place where all the students from Grade 2 to Grade 12 can gain learn, understand and master Math. Flexible schedules give Parents and students freedom of selecting their own time schedule. Instructors are well versed in the Math knowledge and Mathnasium method of teaching. We have Rewards cabinets full of gifts for children giving students enthusiasm to achieve their goals in a fun way. Parents get their children Progress report once in a month. Moreover they can always come to center and personally see the binder of the student and discuss with Center Director about student progress report. Students are always happy because we do not give any home work to students but they contrate in one hour in center and learn and achieve mastery of the subject Math. We get many positive feedback from Parents that after coming to Mathnasium their child is getting good grades in school and they like and excited to come to Mathnasium. Other important feedback we get is that if my son or daughters' Math foundation is strong then in higher standard they can score good and understand the Math principles very easily and without any difficulty.

My daughter was intimidated with Math and did not like the subject. But only after 1 month she now loves it. Her confidence has increased and she now even likes to have discussions afterwards to tell us all about what she learned and show her older brother’s different strategies.

Great Staff. James is great. My daughter enjoyed going (for the most part). Lots of incentives for the kids to progress and complete worksheets and get prizes. If I was to offer suggestions, 1. I would like to know, in more detail, what types of worksheets my child was working on. 2. I would like have aligned her mathnasium to match her grade/current course work in school. 3. I would like to better understand on what her competency was . Not sure exactly what “mastered” is/was.

Mathnasium has been a game changer for our daughter. She was frustrated with math and homework always brought tears. Now she is excited to talk about math and the strategies she knows happily explaining how she figures out the math problem. Thank you for helping her feel confident in math and herself.
