Mathnasium at Inverness Corners has been an excellent experience, and I highly recommend their staff and services to any parent with a child who needs extra help. No more blow-ups at the kitchen table trying to figure out math homework! It's a game-changer. My child was struggling to learn the multiplication table and within a few weeks, she had the entire table down cold. She went from being frustrated and down about math to thriving which gave her amazing confidence at school. She was doing so well, she wanted to KEEP going to Mathnasium to stay ahead of her lessons at school. We even had our other child start attending for a little extra help too. They both really liked the instructors and felt a camaraderie with everyone there. We've prioritized this private math schooling in our budget for about 3 years now, and it's been worth every penny for the confidence it's given them and the peace we have in our home. If you attend the 3 sessions suggested per week, your child is getting 3 extra hours of focused math instruction with fun, compassionate experts - and it's significantly cheaper than a 1:1 tutor on a per-lesson basis. Mr. Jake is also great to work with and great with the kids. I also love being able to book their sessions online and move them around as needed.

Our granddaughter, now 19 and a college student, benefited from the Mathnasium classes during her middle school through graduation from high school. She began with a weak math foundation but excelled rapidly from the benefit of excellent teaching in the comfortable, relaxing environment of Mathnasium. Throughout high school she was in the National Honor Society and a top student upon graduation. There is no doubt that would not have happened but for Mathnasium. Now, her younger brother who is entering the 11th grade this year, is following in his sister's footsteps. He was failing math early in middle school when he entered the Mathnasium program. He steadily began learning and LOVING math. He not only brought his math grade up to "A" during his first year in Mathnasium, now in his 5th year of the program, he consistently makes all "A's" on his grade reports. He attends summer classes, which not only continues his progress in math, but has helped him acquire a desire to excel in all of his classes and increased his self-confidence greatly. He is a top student in his class. I highly recommend Mathnasium for students, not only for learning math, but learning how to approach all classes with enthusiasm to set goals to improve their grades overall, and gain self-confidence to succeed.

Our granddaughter, now 19 and a college student, experienced an incredible learning experience during her middle school and high school years in the professional, comfortable, relaxing and excellent teaching environment of Mathnasium. Throughout high school she was in the National Honor Society, and a top student at graduation. There is no doubt that would not have happened but for Mathnasium. Now, her younger brother entering the 11th grade, has followed her footsteps. He was failing math totally in middle school when he began quickly learning and LOVING math. As his sister did, once he began Mathnasium, he has never stopped, and he even attends classes through summer. He is a stellar student in all his classes, plans to continue through high school in this program. I believe both grandchildren learned more than math: they have found patience in learning more than just passing tests, but most importantly discovered joy and satisfaction in "discovering" WHAT MATH IS. Mathnasium has been crucial in the development of solid in self-confidence in both our grandchildren. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Anna has been doing wonderful since starting Mathnasium. She is growing her math knowledge. The staff is easy to communicate with and they want my child to excel as much as I do! I would recommend Mathnasium to anyone who sees their child is having a difficult time in math.

The Inverness location is by far a much better experience than we had in Mountain Brook. We get constant feedback from the owner and instructors. Our daughter is thriving at the Inverness location.
