My child loves coming and is excited every week for his session. They make math fun and accessible and really foster a sense of community. They know my child and care about his learning.

Our son has come a long way this past year at Mathnasium. We knew there were some basic math skills that were not picked up during the pandemic. Mathnasium has been great for him, helping with filling in the blanks. He is a lot more confident now in his Algebra class at school, and looks forward to going to Mathnasium to continue his learning process.

My daughter’s math confidence has increased tenfold since starting Mathnasium - it’s worth every penny. She started the year in August behind her peers and by January felt like she was able to keep up at school. She hated math, but from the start she described Mathnasium as “fun” - thank you Mathnasium for turning a struggle into a victory!

Our daughter loves the Mathnasium of Pac Heights center. She enjoys solving problems, learning new skills because the staff make learning fun! We also appreciate the flexibility provided by the learning center. They accommodate reschedules whenever we have things pop up. Can't have enough good things to say about this Mathnasium center!

JaeHee, Marshall and other tutors are stellar. They are empathetic, set behavior boundaries that support a learning environment (aka not push overs but not strict) and have seemingly endless patience. They truly enjoy kids and math. My son has developed and solidified math competencies and I have peace of mind that I don't have to try to teach him skills I really don't have (aka become yelling mom.) Highly recommend!

Just get rid of the candy as snacks and gummy treats. Try to stick to healthy snack like Smart Food and crackers or fruit.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Mathnasium at Pacific Heights! The team has not only deepened my child’s understanding of math concepts but has also made the learning process enjoyable and engaging. One of the standout aspects is their encouragement through rewards, from earning stars to collecting cards which can be redeemed from well-stocked cabinets. These incentives kept the kids motivated and excited to continue progressing on their math journey. It’s been wonderful to see my child’s confidence grow, turning what was once a challenging subject into something almost fun! The personalized approach and supportive atmosphere have truly made a difference. I highly recommend Mathnasium at Pacific Heights to any parent looking to boost their child’s math skills and enjoyment of learning!

Our daughter enjoys learning math, likes her teachers and is gaining confidence in her ability to work on math problems as this has been reflected in her grades. She is further incentivized by various prizes she can win when completing her lessons. Mathnasium is very flexible with scheduling, providing lessons on weekends, public holidays and during the work week in the mornings and after school hours. We have run into numerous school mates at Mathnasium. They must be doing something right.

Mathnasium Pacifc Heights is great. They are meeting my son where he is at in terms of math skills and ability to focus and he is progressing and proud of his new skills. My son has multiple disabilities- most applicable here is that he’s Deaf, has significant delays in fine motor skills and ADD - and Jaehee and Divyata just take that in stride and provide accommodations seamlessly like the loving professionals they are. Highly recommend for all kids whether they are struggling or math geniuses, typically developing or have special needs. Also want to give Marshall, another instructor a shout out as a great teacher who loves kids and math and it shows. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the clean, energetic yet calm location right in the neighborhood.

Our two kids are always looking forward to their sessions at Mathnasium. They are excited to learn math, and they enjoy doing it. Divyata and Jaehee are always very responsive and provide assistance whenever needed.

Our son decided he didn’t like math. On a whim, and without another option during a school break, I enrolled him in a week long “math camp”. From that point on he was hooked. He ASKED to go regularly to Mathnasium. It has given him a huge amount of confidence and now he tells others he really enjoys math. A complete turn around! Thank you Mathnasium.
