Nelson has been very helpful in providing me, the parent, with an understanding of how Mathnasium operates. He had noticed what tutor our son enjoys the most and placed them together as much as possible. Our son has found this math education more enjoyable than any other. So grateful that this is an option for math home school education

I’ve been Homeschooling my son for several years. In the past two years math has become a chore. My son would take several hours each day to complete his lesson, with a lot of silly mistakes. Whatever we were doing wasn’t working and we needed a change. After I signed him up at Mathnasium (Palm city) everything became smoother. He does math 3 hours a week, instead of 2-3 hours a day. He is mastering the concepts and advancing at a much better pace, without my constant prodding. This is building confidence in my teen and his math skills are getting better with every visit!

Dr. Nelson is the reason we keep coming back. He is very welcoming, professional, and excellent with the kids. As math becomes more difficult in Middle School, my daughter is one of those students who need constant reinforcement. At first, she was not that enthusiastic about the tutoring sessions. Currently, she is gaining more knowledge of concepts she never gave too much consideration. She definitely looks forward to going to her weekly sessions.
Let's hope these sparks will strengthen her abilities and her accomplishments will be something that brings great pride.

Mathnasium has made a remarkable improvement in our Daughters math skills and confidence !!
Before Mathnasium homework was a fight or meltdown, and now it’s zero issues for her to knock out her homework quickly.
We started mid 3rd grade getting a C and 4th grade was straight A’s and now 5th grade progress report A—98%
