Our daughter is actually excited to go every week. The learning environment is fun and engaging, and Lucy is an absolutely amazing site director. The proof is in the data- in 3 weeks, we saw consistent top marks on class quizes and test scores. In 6 weeks, we noticed comments at her public school that our daughter had a natural inclination toward math. Nonsense. The issue was that she went a whole year at an OUSD school without being seen. Some thoughtful structure and support with Mathnasium are helping to blow past low expectations. Our how is to use them to move past the curriculum and keep moving forward.

I really appreciate that work is completed on paper (vs. devices) and that there are incentives for successfully completing worksheets making the experience more fun. While I like seeing the session summaries and progress reports, those emails don't give me a ton of info about how my children are actually progressing. I would appreciate a more in-depth review of their math journey, including their particular strengths and opportunities. Thank you!

My daughter loved her experience at Mathnasium! Who knew a kid would like to spend their summer doing math tutoring twice a week? The instructors were kind and patient and the scheduling was easy. I am excited to continue in the school year.

Mathnasium in Rockridge has a great system and shows a deep care and understanding of our daughter’s needs. The environment is very friendly and calm. The staff always greets us and and all the students by name when they come in. We are happy we found this location as our daughter is very comfortable here and really enjoys going in for her sessions.

Mathnasium gave my middle school daughter who didn’t like math, the support she needed for math and homework. She was motivated to go, by all the progress incentives and rewards she enjoyed, but especially the extra help with homework at the end of each session. I couldn’t believe that she went from a B- to an A- in one year. Good work, Mathnasium!! Thanks to all the tutors, Lucy, and the staff. You’re all just so awesome.
