My daughter has always had anxiety and insecurity about her math understanding. Since starting Mathnasium she has been excited about Math and her confidence has soared. There is still so much for her to catch up on but she is eager to do it and loves going. Best move we could have made for her.

We've had a good experience over the past 2 years. Most of the tutors are great and very helpful. One area for improvement is working more closely with child's teacher/school to ensure the content of each session is relevant to what the child is working on in class. We've brought in tests and homework to show the tutor but I'm not sure that changes the work provided by Mathnasium.

Mathnasium truly cares about their students. Since my daughter started attending just one day a week, we’ve seen a remarkable transformation—not only in her confidence with math, but also in her test scores. She jumped from the 17th percentile to the 77th percentile on her national standardized math exams. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident, and I credit it to the individualized attention, supportive environment, and the consistent encouragement she receives from the team at Mathnasium. Really love the tutoring format and group size and how motivated my daughter is to learn. The ability to take mastery tests and get constant feedback on her work is really helping her stay engaged.

Convenient location and always seems to have plenty of options for scheduling. The student to tutor ratio is 1 to 6 with an average of usually 4 students which is nice small group. The incentives are fun and motivating for our child. All the staff at the West Seattle location are very nice and supportive.

My daughter has been going to Mathnasium for over two years and absolutely loves it. It’s been wonderful to see her math skills grow and her confidence in love of math blossom. I’ve never seen her more engaged and enjoying going to tutoring before. The teachers at Mathnasium make learning maths fun and engaging.

While it’s helping my kid feel way more confident and comfortable with math, it’s not helping her move where her classmates are and she doesn’t feel like she gets instructions on HOW to do the math. Just that she has to keep trying till she gets it.
