We recently transitioned from another math learning approach to Mathnasium, and the difference has been remarkable for my child. Previously, she often felt frustrated because she didn’t receive the step-by-step support she needed, especially when she didn’t know how to break down a problem. At Mathnasium, the instructors take the time to guide her through each concept with patience and clarity. Instead of relying on repetitive practice, they ensure she truly understands the “why” behind the work. My second grader is now genuinely excited to attend her sessions. She looks forward to learning, and as a parent, that means everything to me. I’m already seeing a noticeable boost in her confidence and her academic progress. We are truly happy to have found Mathnasium, and I have nothing but great things to say about our experience so far.

Travis Loeschen explained the program so well and seems (quietly) passionate about his work. Travis demonstrated to me that he cares about my student and also came up with a financial solution that worked for me. My student has gone from failing in math at school, to bringing his final grade up to a C. He recently scored B- on a test, so he is improving. Prior to Mathnasium, my student was not only failing in math, but his self-esteem was also impacted as well as stress and anxiety. He committed to work hard, and with the help of Mathnasium is looking forward to High School in the fall. Thank you!

We are new customers, but so far, everything has been good. Mathnasium of Woodbury has convenient and flexible scheduling. Her sessions are increasing her confidence and speed in math at school, but we will know more once we have a few more months behind us.

I have 2 children attending Mathnasium for about four months now. Their confidence in school has greatly improved and in turn their classroom participation. Mathnasium has begun to fill in gaps in what was learned over the school year due to various reasons. My middle school student completes her homework on her own now, and we no longer check it each night per her request. It is so nice to know she trusts herself on completing the work. Also, both my children still look forward to attending their Mathnasium sessions because they can see how it has helped them. The double point days and rewards are added incentives.

Mathnasium staff work with my student where he is at and help explain things in a way that he understands better than what was originally taught. My son looks forward to attending and his math confidence has really grown as he has progressed through his lesson plan. Thank you!
