Just a top notch guy! Always available and supportive of whatever we needed and really hung in there till the end (we looked at a lot of houses!). Very knowledgeable in regards to all things real estate. You won’t regret giving him a call if you’re in the market to buy or sell.

Though I wouldn't agree to one of the Reinhart management's charges, he found a solution that was agreeable to all. Would I use Matt again? Yes!

Matt and his team were quick, professional, and got my home sold. More importantly he went above and beyond to help with issues that arose and dealt with them and made it more of issue for his team and NOT an issue for me and my family. In the end the closing was simple, smooth, and faster than I expected. I WILL go back to Matt for any future real estate needs I have.

I was referred to Matt after a less than ideal experience with a previous realtor. The difference was palpable from the start. Matt was intimately familiar with the area I was exploring, knowledgable about the intricacies of rural home ownership, and highly skillful and diplomatic in his communication with the seller's realtor. It was his skillful communication that laid the foundation for my offer to be accepted. Throughout the ups and downs of a first-time home buyers's experience Matt was steady as an anchor and displayed his loyalty to my home-buying desires as well staying within my financial boundaries and never being pushy. I appreciated his level of communication with me throughout the process - not too much nor too little. I could really feel he trusted and was comfortable in the process and that supported me to be so as well. He's a family man connected to land and community and one I highly recommend to guide anyone in their home buying experience!

Matt got to the point when it came time to negotiate and put us in the best place to make sound decisions to approach the buy. He listened to our voice and was patient with us to get us across the finish line. In today's market the decisions need to happen fast and at the same time it is one of the biggest purchases one will ever make.
