Matt , told it like it is , he knows the market in this area . Sold my house in 13 days ,after a long summer with no offers threw a different realtor. He is very personable and polite. Matt had everything ready for a stress free closing and sent the paperwork ahead for review. I highly recommend him to a friend already. I only wish I had met him sooner !
