Love it! The coaches are cool, the equipment is always clean, everyone's welcoming, and we're all here to work! Workout, work those bags, work through some emotions whatever no judgment just work.
Everyone is so sweet, the instructors push you even if you feel like theres nothing left they find a way to make you push harder. They all have taken the time to teach and guide me through the punches. I smashed my hand in a car door but they helped me to continue training without causing further injury❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely love the workouts. Every class is a killer cardio workout but because the instructors bring such great energy & motivation the class FLIES by. I’m not a cardio person but it’s the best cardio without being bored I’ve experienced. I genuinely have fun through my exhaustion
It's the greatest form of cardio workout for me since I don't like to go running for long distances. I've already got a friend and colleague to join, and it has been a great experience for them too.
Rob is amazing! All the instructional staff/coaches are. But because I've seen him the most I can say he takes his time with you and is always willing to show you how to properly do all the stations and bag work combos. He pushes you without being so pushy if that makes sense! Thanks Rob for being amazing!
Mayweather has helped me to fast track on my weight loss journey. When I joined i was at 247 lbs with a weight goal of 185lbs. After all the hard work and determination i am now at 223lbs. More determined and thirstier than ever to reach my goal. Even with my knee injury the trainers at Mayweather, especially Dylan, have been modifying workouts and checking up on me. These ppl really care
Love this workout! I get excited to go. When I’m there, the energy and great instructors motivate me to achieve better and better every time. It’s also fun and sweaty!
