I love it, whole body workout. It is very hard, challenging to the tenth power. I was looking for something to get into outside of the gym, the trainer that i had for 10 sessions, too expensive. I saw a free boxing training on face book, checked it out, i signed up after taking the free class because I need that push from the instructors. THE PUSH is what is helping me relive stress from work, and i know yall can help me lose some weight. So,Ii will keep coming back. Thank you
I get the high intensity workout I need without having to go solo to a gym and try to figure it out myself. I’m surrounded by others participating in the same routines which provides some extra motivation. I also enjoy the instruction, it’s one thing to go hit a bag for 45 minutes, doing it correctly and learning the craft is also important and of value.
The tailored experience is unmatched. The staff and trainers are great. Dave Thompson is the real deal as a trainer. An amazing individual that will spend the time to understand what you want to gain and achieve physically and will strive to get you there and beyond. His knowledge and experience is unmatched.

The training staff of Kwadre, Symantha, Luther Smith, and Robin. They put in work and have a dedicated group of trainees. The attention to detail, precision, energy, motivation, modified routines to increase heart rate, the training with the hands, what’s not to love?!?!
