Products work as stated. Service is good. I am not able to do my own servicing and I rely on your services to keep my products working as they should. I recently had an unfortunate experience in my last service call (6/23/25) which caused significant loss in water pressure. However, when I called a service person was provided on 7/1/25 to correct the problem at no charge to me and everything is working properly. Thank you for your responsiveness to my problem.
