We are retired and we like the fact that the Salt delivery man takes the salt to the basement for us and fills the brine tank. We also really like that fact that he emails us the day before delivery so we know when he is coming.

The product takes the mineral taste and the yellow residue out of the water. This is phenomenal! The service has always been great. If I have a need to call for help, they either solve the problem over the phone or they send a service tech within 24 hours. I'm a little miffed at the moment because a service man showed up as I was leaving to attend a meeting. This was not a scheduled appointment.
