Friendly service. However, your scheduling procedure is AWFUL. This is the only company I've ever dealt with where I can't make an appointment. I call, my info is taken, and then I have to wait a week or more for someone to call and tell me when they're coming. And if that happens to be a day that is not convenient for me (as happened to me a few weeks ago), I have to wait again for someone to contact me and give me a new date. Very inefficient and really annoying process that needs to be changed.
