Our water softener needed attention after the severe ice storm we experienced had caused some issues with its functioning properly. Tyler showed up to service it. He was courteous and his enthusiasm for the tasks at hand were apparent. He was also very thorough. He definitely showed enjoyment for his job. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the issues that needed attention and now it is performing normally again. We very much appreciated the good, and prompt, customer service we received.
