Overall, I was very appreciative of the interactions I had with the employees. Most particularly the office girls who handled the phone calls and scheduling. But also the technicians who came out to install and follow up on my system.
The big dissapojntment I had was there was little explanation of how the system worked and how to navigate the control panel on the water softener. But the bigger problem was the fact that the chlorine injector system didn’t appear to be doing anything which was verified by the technician who came out to look at the system. Fortunately he was able to get it running and will be checking back to make sure it is working properly at no expense.
Overall, I am pleased that the McCardel company and its employees take care of there clients with the least amount of hassle.
