I was disappointed to be charged to fix what appears to be a glitch in the computer system. Before requesting service, I tried all of the troubleshooting steps that were recommended, but none of them resolved the issue. I feel the system should be more user-friendly and allow owners to perform basic resets or troubleshooting on their own.
Additionally, the system has not functioned properly since the beginning, and discovering that only after experiencing ongoing issues and then being charged to correct it, feels unfair. I would appreciate your consideration regarding this charge and any options you may have to address my concerns.
Everybody is so nice and accommodating in addition to the peace of mind in knowing your water is clean and healthy. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you for bringing the salt pellets too!
Installation of new machine at new location didn't work until we pulled the line and removed debris. Technician did not catch it.
Removal of old machine was very bad. Line was cut, Culligan shutoff valve was defective, technician didn't close main valve and water ran out and flooded part of our location. Water leaked for six days. Building stinks, water all over, flooring removed.
