Still waiting to hear from them about an appt !! My unit had to be turned off last week, I rent ) called the company , they in turn called me back and walked me through the shutoff ! They said they were two weeks out , do I have an appt soon ?
We’ve purchased our water purificators and salt tank from you many years ago when we saw our water was turning whites a beige color. Our well water is like a rust color even at present. Due to my husband had lost his sight in both eyes six years ago we’ve been having our salt delivered to our home and have had no problems or issues.
Culligan strikes me as a well run enterprise. However. I recommend that you drop your processing fee from your invoice. It seems to me to be nothing other than a sneaky way to weasel a couple additional bucks from your customers. I simply don’t pay it for that reason. Irritating customers for such a small amount of money is unwise.
