When I call the office, I get a live person to talk to. The person who does the delivery of the salt and puts it in for us is very polite and efficient. I like the softener unit that we chose because I can manually turn off the softener when I want to water my gardens with no salt added to the water. I like the fact that there are months between the deliveries and not a monthly delivery. I believe our delivery is every 3 to 4 months. I like the fact that we are notified the day before the delivery so we are prepared and can call a number the day of the delivery to get an approximate time the person will arrive.
