I like receiving emails and texts reminding me when water is being delivered. I also like how accommodating the service is. For example, we missed the delivery one month and when I called, they were able to still deliver within a couple of days.

We experienced a water system issue that was perplexing ..i.e., our water pressure specifically you could not have even a stream of water in any sink if the toliet had been flushed. Techician "Josh" trouble shooted our long existing problem...and "wallah" we have wster pressure his geomerty and knowlege was spot on! We are estatic to ne able to run the dishwasher and shower at the same time...of note we are on a well..he made the Culligan equiptment work. Thank you Josh!
