Over the past 10 years, I have worked with McVay Brothers to replace windows and most recently replace the roof. The Coeur d'Alene window are high quality, especially compare to the windows that were originally installed on my house in 1993. We replaced 3 to 5 windows per year for several years because the original windows were blown out. Each visit from McVay Brothers was professional and on time. They did a great job removing an old French door on the second floor and building the wall to support a smaller window. They did a great job on the roof and I do not expect any problems. If there ever is a need to reach out to McVay about a workmanship issue, then I am confident they will support us. So far, everything has worked out great.

First, the sales team took the time and effort to answer all questions and concerns promptly and professionally about roofing, siding and sliding glass door/window installs. Second, the support staff responded quickly to further questions and kept us in the loop for install dates and times. Third, the install team did a great job installing our sliding glass door. There was even a piece of vinyl siding accidently cracked during the demo process, which was quickly identified and replaced within a couple days. Project went as planned and turned out great. Thank yous go out to Grover, Nicole, Jeremy, Zach, Tig and Jay for all their hard work and professionalism and dedication to taking care of the clients needs. Greatly appreciated and would definitely hire and recommend them again.
