The team came out and assessed windows that I needed to be replaced and they asked a key critical question that no other company would dare ask. They asked if I ever considered not replacing an entire window if only one section or panel of the window failed and then proceeded to replace only those parts that were necessary, saving me thousands of dollars. They did a fantastic job. If I knew I could have done that I would have replaced those windows 5 or 6 years ago. Super quality job and super quality product. We are very happy with our window replacement and wouldn't ask anybody else to do the work.

We are very happy with everything, including pricing and especially quality of work. We were initially hesitant to schedule because we thought their pricing might be over our budget. Work to be completed was clearly explained.on bid. Not the cheapest bid, but clearly the best roofing materials/install. After roof tear-off, some damaged sheathing was revealed. Repairs were performed expertly and quickly under Adam's close supervision. Heavy rubberized material was placed not just on edge areas, but also any location where snow might accumulate. Austin installed the new shingles, drip edges, vents and boots in a perfectionist manner, demonstrating his amazing skill. Roof looks fantastic! Like the 50 year non-prorated guarantee. McVay promised a great roof and delivered!

We fully expected that we could find energy efficient windows at a number of window installation companies. But we were happy that McVay's offered low profile window that not require a reduction in the depth of our window sills. This allowed us to keep all of window treatment brackets in place and be able to keep the existing blinds and curtains. Danny and Byron did a good job installing the window and we really liked the way turned out. We have had a few comments from neighbors how attractive the windows and trim look. I just recommended your company to a friend yesterday. He is just starting his research in finding a company to install four new windows.

I needed a new front door with a side light. My old side windows is wider than what can be found in stores. McVay came and measured and built a new custom door with a side windows that fit. It's absolutely beautiful. They helped me at every turn, from choosing a door, explaining paint vs stain, what materials the door can be made from, etc. McVay has helped us years ago with windows and they were very helpful and professional, they were this time too.

Finally, we are very satisfied. Took 3 trips from the crews to finally get it right. Wasn't very happy with the first crew but the next 2 crews replaced and/or repaired all that was wrong. The 3 windows look great. The last crew did an excellent job on all the outside and inside trim. Will not hesitate to call McVay Brothers again if we need more windows replaced. Thank you.

The McVay Brothers were great to work with on my project that involved replacing 12 windows and a sliding glass door. They came out and (very patiently) talked with me about the types of windows that could be used in my project, measured and sent several estimates since I wasn't completely sure of the scope of my project. When the windows arrived, they were good about scheduling, and when the truck got stuck in my driveway on what seems like the only snowy day we had this year, they backed down and came back the next day without complaint! The installation went well and the windows look and operate great! On top of that, I received a check from Avista through the Energy Efficiency Rebate program because the new windows have a better U factor than the old ones did. I had to submit the application, but the McVay brothers gave me all the information I needed to do that. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer!
