The customer service in your store is second to none. All of your employees were super friendly. I showed up with no appointment, wanting some service work done on my bike before Ragbrai, and they took care of me 100%. But then, that's why I drive from Geneseo to Sterling to get my bike needs met. Because it's always been this way. And congratulations on expanding your business to two more cities!

This store has an excellent staff!! The nice woman that helped me with my bike and accessories was amazing. She helped me make sure the bike operated properly and was set-up for my size, helped choose the right extras for my bike, and helped me find reasonably proceed items as well. The service tech was interrupted about 3-4 times from what he was in the middle of working on to make sure the adjustments and additions to my bike were right before I left. These people go the extra mile, and it seems that they have this culture here.. down to the nice young man that helped me put the bike in my car to take it home. 6 out of 5 stars!!!!!!
Very easy to talk to and explain whats going wrong. Great listeners and aways have good suggestions. My son (whose bike was repaired) is high functioning autistic and they always take the time to work with him.
