They greet you at the door with smiles on their faces. They help you choose the best bike for your size (12 year old). They help load the bike in the car. The personal touch means so much to me since I am a disabled grandma and can't help much.

Service was fast and a better price then what i was originally quoted!! How often does that happen? Usually when you pick up they raise the quoted price.the gentlemen whi helped my unload and reload my trike was very polite a d helpful!
