When I first took the bike in and explained the problem briefly the employee asked several questions regarding the whole bike and what could potentially be parts of the problems. The explanations were great! When I picked up my bike it was very evident they had listened to my concerns. Lastly, when I got home and took the bike for a test ride I almost wondered whose bike this was. It hasn’t shifted nor have the brakes worked like this in decades. Fantastic! Thanks Mr Shore and all the staff at Mead’s. I appreciate how you took care of my 45-year old bike.

The product speaks for itself but the customer service is great. Every thing was explained very well and repair was done in a timely manner. Ive had the same TREK for 13 years and looking to upgrade and they are the only place I will buy from.

Excellent service. We are an elderly couple and while on a bike ride around town one of our bikes refused to change gears. Instead of heading home and then going back to the shop (which would have been extremely inconvenient, since my wife has Parkinson’s Disease) we headed straight to the shop. They got to work on it right away and fixed it very quickly. And at no cost to us. We made it home safely and I didn’t have to leave my wife alone (which can be quite problematic with her Parkinson’s).
