I have had several problems with my account since your change of protocol for the Mega Pass in March. The manager at our local (Cedar City, Utah) Megaplex has been very kind, very helpful and very patient in helping me navigate your new systerm. She is terrific and the place is always clean and the workers are always friendly.
However, I have had problems with your system since you changed it and would hesitate to recommend the Mega Pass to friends because of the difficulty isssues that I had.
