This was my first time at this theatre since we just moved to the area. The staff were amazing! So friendly and quick to serve. They made awesome suggestions for snacks. The lobby is beautiful and kept very clean. The only complaint that I have is that the seats looked old and worn down. Everything else was fantastic!

Love the reclined seats, heaters, leg support.
The seat fabrics are crumbling and often sticky - maybe a refresh?
Also -wish there was messaging to patrons before the movie starts about lowering the seatbacks of empty seats next to them/or workers lowering empty seats that aren't purchased. If you're in a row directly behind fully upright seats (and you are reclined) you often miss out on a portion of the screen trying to see above the blocked view.
Overall, this is my favorite theater to book and I love that it is in my neighborhood and still maintains the small theater feeling!
