Need to update app. Very hard to find tickets that are already purchased. Need to have something on the home page so it is very easy to get to the qr code when arriving at the theater.

The theater seating is very comfortable and always clean. The showtimes available are convenient and the staff is friendly.

Always luxury seats, parking validation, relatively easy refreshment ordering, less crowded than West Valley, near restaurants my husband likes (Tucanos), clean restrooms, Freestyle machines are rarely out of flavors. Better than District in my last few visits.

We just like the Gateway movie experience. They seem to attract well behaved movie goers. The seats are comfortable and Tuesday ticket prices make it affordable for us seniors on a fixed income. We really look forward to the Marvel releases the most, and we prefer the 3D showings when available. The 3D experiences have improved a lot. The employees make us feel appreciated unlike the Sugarhouse theater employees. It's also fairly close.

I really enjoyed the renovations they’ve made to the Gateway theatre. It’s extremely nice on the inside with brand mew amenities. Wonderful staff that served us super quickly! The $5 Real Deals are amazing I have seen like 10 movies in the past month.

I like how if you own your popcorn bucket you could get a refill and they always do a good deal on Tuesdays and have good snacks and drinks and seats they are always comfortable to sit and have nice works and sometimes if the movie that you watch have posters you can get some and me and my friends and family always come here so this is why they have a good service
