The seats are the most comfortable and relaxing recliners and the heat options are a bonus. I love the swivel tables. Ordering concessions is easy. The sound quality is great. It’s my favorite movie theater.

The associates and team are great people, very helpful and kind, even the theatre is clean and recently renovated already looks dated, there is too much gray and black, it does not look inviting or cozy, there are a lot of beautiful art deco details, magnificent chandeliers and well displayed movie posters. The parking experience is a pain, you have to register to get a 3 hours free parking on an app and if you forget to end your parking time after you finish your movie the app will start charging you even if you are not at gateway, so make sure to end the parking time. There are a lot of sign around to help you to prevent this but because is an unusual system you might end paying more. I hope they can come with an easy way to pay the parking. Beside that is a wonderful theatre in SLC.

We always go to the MegaPlex at Gateway. The staff has always been very helpful and we love the luxury seating. The theaters and facilities are clean and comfortable.

The girl working the concession area was very helpful and friendly. The person who cleans up after the movie didn’t mind that we stay until all of the credits run.
