Clean! Like immaculate clean. The guest experience from entrance to purchasing tickets, concessions has a nice comfortable flow to it. We need some like this in Minnesota!

We received fast service for our popcorn. But when we went to show our ticket to get in the movie there was nobody around. So we waited but no one showed up. We eventually just went into our movie without showing our ticket to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie experience though.

We love coming to Megaplex with our family and love your clean theatres, bathrooms and snack bar! We would prefer not to pay online purchasing fees when using a gift card, it would be great if there was an option beside in person purchase to avoid such fees! We prefer Megaplex theatres, but with Cinemark's gift cards, not only do we save on snacks and movies, but online fees as well and it's hard to convince my husband to come back to Megaplex! Hope you can make it worth our while soon with a great gift card program to avoid online fees!
