I enjoy that you still accept cash even if it’s in the form of putting it in a card. I understand why the card is good. It’s easy for theft when a business has multiple cash registers so using a type of kiosk is nice. I enjoy the popcorn bucket refill program and the reward point system. I love the multiple items to eat as well

Last year there was a major renovation of the IMAX theater and its seats, along with an increase in ticket prices, regarding which I shared negative feedback once we'd had a chance to experience the new luxury boxes. I was quite impressed by the personal response email I received from the general manager, and have since taken two opportunities to try out different seating options in Geneva's IMAX theater. I am happy to report that we've found new preferred seats, and will continue to consider Geneva when looking for IMAX viewing opportunities. Great customer service, just wanted to share the impact going above and beyond had on our experience and opinions.

I love this theater. There are a variety of seating choices and snack options. My family usually goes on Tuesday when movies are $5. The app is really convenient and you can save up points and earn money towards your purchases.
