easy to schedule online, I really like the reusable bucket and mugs that I can re-purchase each year for popcorn and soda. The reclining heated loungers make for a wonderful experience at the movies. The theater is always clean and the staff is always very courteous I love megaplex. I go to vineyard location.

I love coming to the movie theater. I love the popcorn, nice seats, big screens, and the immersive experience. It's always a treat to see the blockbusters on the big screens.

The popcorn is always fresh. In addition, the tater tots are always hot and crispy, the staff is super friendly and they recognize me each week. The theatres are clean, the seats are COMFORTABLE. The bathrooms are always clean. it's really a superb experience at the Megaplex.

I like that is clean. I hate that the chairs t Thanksgiving Pointe are cloth and gross. I drive from Highland to Geneva, just to avoid the disgusting chairs at the much closer location.

The luxury recliners are great. The food options are very good. I have tried the pizza, and the pulled pork (nachos and quesadilla) and the gelato. All of these are far above the common standard for "theater food". Maybe add a hot dog option. It is easy to prepare on demand. The popcorn is always fresh and warm. I like the popcorn flavor options. A BIG plus is the butter flavor dispenser so I can apply my 'butter" as I wish. This is huge as popcorn is a big part of my movie going experience. If you removed that I would check into other theater options. I do really miss the "mix your own" soda flavors. That was a BIG plus. The staff is friendly and helpful and service oriented. One negative is sometimes the movies are too loud. I hope someone is checking this with a decibel meter to be sure the sound level is within safe limits.

The seats are fabulous. The large screens and sound are out of this world. Staff are friendly and cheerful. This has become my favorite theater!
