I made a mistake on our tickets so we showed up on the wrong day. There were four of us. My Mom uses a walker and Val let us into a movie without paying more. He was so kind and wonderful. More often than not when we go to one of the Megaplex Theaters we are treated with kindness and friendliness. Thanks so much

It’s close, clean, nice atmosphere but the Jordan commons main areas might need to be updated they have not changed since it opened

The option of being able to do most things in the app is a great benefit. it is great that the app will notice that you have movie tickets soon and brings those up so I don't have to go looking for them, because it is a bit of searching to find the tickets that have already been purchased.

We haven't been to Jordan commons in a while... The staff was great and I mentioned to my husband how clean it was and especially the women's restroom! I even told the ticket taker when we were leaving to pass my feedback on about how clean everything was!
