Easy ticket process, good concessions.

Best IMAX theater in the country. Keep that volume up baby!!!

At the time we were at the MegaPlex at the Jordan Commons, there were very few people and only one snack concession open. The service was good.

Your seats have a moveable tray to put concessions on, the seats are heated and lay back as far as possible. People working are always polite. The place, including restrooms are clean.

The staff are friendly and the theater and restrooms are clean. We enjoy going to this particular theater.

I like the atmosphere of this particular venue. The main street area is perfect.

Easy to navigate. Good food. Clean facilities. Clean bathrooms. Great video and audio and seats.

I bought our tickets the day before at the kiosk. Very simple & convenient. The line for popcorn did take awhile, but it all worked out. Definitely a first world problem. .

everyone was helpful and very pleasant.

It’s a comfortable place to watch a movie. It’s always our first choice.

The IMAX Theater!

Love the cheese or hot cheetos popcorn!

Receptionist was really helpful in directing us to the correct theater and how to secure our purchased-in-advance movie snacks.

I love the beautiful facility but they need to bring it back to its glory days! They took out all the amazing food and options. I dont want it to die! Bring the whole plaza back to life. Bring in a really good restaurant and bring the food back inside besides the boring regular food.

Very cling and friendly

The settings inside are nice. Different from other locations. The concessions area could use some improvements. Lower the prices but that won't ever happen. There could be more staff for sure. The lines seems to run slow often.

Everything! ! Especially having someone to help us buy tickets!b

5 GOLD STARS - for the seating in the theater. I loved the table, how far the seats reclined, and the softness of the chair. But MOST OF ALL, the heated and cooled chairs was the home run.

Nice theater. And trays on the chairs made it nice to eat popcorn. Like the option of a family friendly movie. There was too many rated R films and nothing really for the families.
