The luxury seats were very comfortable. I loved the heated option. The theater was very clean. I was disappointed that all of the food options have almost disappeared but enjoyed the Pizza Hut pizza, popcorn and drink I got. The customer service was very friendly and the food came out quickly. The food choices the theater used to have was my main reason for choosing this location of Megaplex, so I was sad that there were not more of those places still available. The sound quality was wonderful and made the movie experience a good one.

I love the food options, the cool architecture inside, the size of the theater rooms, and the chairs are super comfortable and roomy. I also love the movie marathons!!!

Service was fine. You do have a problem with your soft drink dispensers. Every time that we come we have to go from one to another to find one that is dispensing a good carbonated Coke. Not sure why.

Cleanliness of the theater. I went to The District Megaplex and was very disappointed at the cleanliness of the theater. I also love the Luxury seating at Jordan Commons. This will always be my go to theater - Jordan Commons.
