The Mega plex at Jordan Commons is very clean with great employees. The displays of movies add to the movie releases and create a magical atmosphere. The food quality is outstanding. We drive from Spanish Fork to Jordan Commons in Sandy.

Fast, easy, no hassles. Their printer wasn’t working at the self serve kiosk so my tickets did t print. I went to the service kiosk and they promptly printed them for me. Love the theater and heated seats. I do question when theaters will price themselves out of the market. It simplifies to order tickets online but not worth the convenience fee per ticket.

I love the new upgraded seats, how the app is easily navigational. I will say I am upset not all the food items are not purchasable on the app.. (pretzels) in particular were taken off, which disappointed me 😞. But regardless, service is usually always fantastic but do wish the prices weren’t so steep for tickets now .😭

I love how clean the theaters are. How accommodating it is. How clean the restrooms are and the ease of ordering food/drinks & tickets are both in theater and through the app

Outstanding service at the concessions. Andrew and Marlon were patient with my indecisive toddler and smiled the whole time. Teens often get a bad reputation, but they proved not everyone deserves that judgment. Theatre was nice and clean and very festive. I made a mistake when ordering an item and the manager was kind enough to fix it for me.
