My favorite theater chain. Excellent seating, picture, sound, and concessions. Always clean, staff are well-trained and helpful. Food is way above-average compared to other chains (I especially like the Philly cheese-steaks and milkshakes). I love the balance between new releases and classic movies. I love how cost-effective the Mega-Tub and Mega-Mug refills are. Literally everything I could want in a theater. Keep it up!

I love the Megaplex. I also work in the community teaching school and love to see all the kids that work there. Thank you for employing teenagers- they need to learn how to be responsible. If you want to send me free passes you can!?

I like the theater itself, the ambience. I think Megaplex is overpriced compared to Cinemark or other options. I also think all movie theaters need to get rid of the stupid coke freestyle machines. They are awful. The drinks taste awful. It takes people too long to interact with the machines. It was a 15 minute wait to get my drink for the stranger things event because there were only 3 machines and lines of 20 people in front of each one. Please bring back standard regular old soda machines (multiple people can use them at the same time and you don’t have to deal with a touch screen that barely works sometimes.)

Your popcorn is good.. More butter, please. Staff are courteous and helpful. Your website still has problems. I tried to use a gift card from fandago the other day and it was a nightmare. I didn't know if you don't take fandango or what. Too bad.

I love booking online. I love being able to come and escape in the movies for a couple hours. I do miss coming on a Tuesday and being able to order actual food and have a meal while I am enjoying my film.
