This is not what I liked but what I did not like about your service We went to see Avatar 3D and did not get the 3D glasses when arriving and showing our purchased tickets. Went down to the IMAX theatre expecting to get glasses there NOPE. and we were not the only ones. Lucky for all of us the gal at the little shop there had glasses because obviously this happens a lot. Three different groups did not get glasses a total of 10 people, also heard this happens way to often so why do those people up front have the glasses if they are not going to hand them out? If you go to the left to get concessions first, you do not go right where the glasses are. The guy on the left is not smart enough to tell people to get glasses on the right or if he has them on the left he doesnt hand them out when he looks at your tickets.
I always enjoy my visits to Megaplex. The theaters are clean, the seats are comfortable, the treat/snack selection is great, and the locations are convenient. I still enjoy a good $5 Tuesday deal! Now if we can just get Hollywood on board making good movies again!
The ticket pricing that I see on the kiosk screen and that is printed on the ticket is different than the amount that is charged to my account. An example is $11.26 shown on the ticket turns into an $11.42 charge to my account. No one likes it when you think that you are paying one price and you actually are charged a higher price, it feels like you are being cheated. Please look into this problem.
We had a good experience at Jordan Commons. It just makes me a bit sad remembering what it was like in its former glory. I guess that’s just the nature of film attendance these days.
We like the comfortable seating in most theaters and usually go to Jordan commons because of that. We don't like paying the extra fees for the booth seating at some theaters, and don't like the seating in the larger theater at Jordan commons because the seats don't recline. Jordan commons usually has the best movie selection of the theaters also.
