Jordan Commons is CLEAN! You have real people helping at concessions. There is also people who help with ticketing if needed. Employees are kinds and helpful. The combination of clean and helpful will keep us coming back! The best theatre around! Thank you for making movie going pleasant again. The seats are comfortable, too.

My niece was visiting from out of town and we wanted to see the Mandalorian movie. She has epilepsy so it was nice to have plenty of options. The staff were all friendly and we were pleasantly surprised at the characters we got to meet in the lobby. My niece couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful it was to meet Chewbacca and Mando!

I just really loved atmosphere of the theater with all the cool buildings inside. I have already told several friends actually to go to this location. I usually go to Geneva and love them, but this one was even better!

Great theater, fantastic experience and the staff is very friendly. One thing to note, I went to a showing last Friday that was refunded due to two obnoxiously loud people sitting next to us AND they were on their cellphones. I walked out to notify staff and they said they will take to the two people. I told the staff member I would like a refund so I can attend another showing (movies was 10 minutes in) and they obliged to my request. However, I was still frustrated because these people should have been kicked out of the theater. Not only was it a pretty packed theater, but their movie theater etiquette should be grounds for immediate removal. I still love thoroughly enjoy this theater but patrons who ruin the movie experience and that are beyond obnoxious should not have the privilege to stay in attendance.
