I have usually had good experiences at this theater. Though this time there was some confusion at knowing if I was at the right theater showing place. It was showing a completely different movie than the one I was going to see. The staff that I asked for help was confused and the line to get popcorn and snacks was long. Other than that it was a good experience.

The luxury recliners are comfortable, most of the screens are large, and the theater is very easy to get around in my wheelchair. Also the handicapped seating area has great seats with multiple sets in great positions, and I always look forward to going every time! It does seem that the app has been updated and the rewards program is confusing. I can find my points but no longer see any option to use them for various perks. I hope that the program hasn't been discontinued!
