It was easy to buy the tickets online. I chose the wrong seats, because I didn't know what was the front of the theater and what was the back. We were able to get the seats changed to what we wanted when we arrived in the theater. Luckily there weren't many people attending that matinee. The woman who handled the ticket exchange and gave us our tickets was very pleasant.

Theater was clean. Staff efficient. I had to have a neighbor order my ticket, as I do not understand purchasing online, but I'm 84. Only problem was that someone was already sitting in my seat and there was no one to tell them to move and they ignored my request even when I showed them my ticket stub.
