I like that it’s cashless, easy to get tickets at the theater but the app sucks. It worked then it didn’t let me login and there isn’t a reset password option on the login page so I’m stuck if I want to book tickets ahead of time or order snacks. It’s never been crowded and the volume do far hasn’t been overwhelming so far.
I wish you could make the app more user friendly

We love going to the Mesquite Megaplex! It's clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The only thing I would like to see is more Luxury seating. If the movie we want to see is not available in the Luxury seating theater in Mesquite, we usually go to the Larry Miller in St George. We've gotten spoiled

I like your staff and facility. Very nice. I don't like your purchasing options. It's not user-friendly. There is an online fee, but when you get to the theater, you have to use it anyway, so why the fee. I'd rather do it on my phone in advance. There is not one to tell you where to go for your movie, and it's confusing, show times are not there, and the staff is so busy at the concessions counter, you can't ask questions and get the info you need right away, you have to wait in line and that takes up to 10 minutes. They need more staff or a floater that can answer questions.
