It was confusing with the online order (which I did not appreciate having to pay a fee to use - since it benefits you as much as us). However, the young man who helped us was wonderful.

I really like Megaplex Theatres. The Reel Deal program is fantastic. Ticket pricing is reasonable. There are two locations near me and I can usually see the movie I want to between them.

I enjoyed my first experience at the Pineview Megaplex. The concession line was quick and efficient. I was able to use my phone number to accrue points for my purchases. I appreciated the discount on popcorn with the SINNERS screening. The seats were comfortable!

The employees are always so nice. Our group yesterday noticed a lady who had dementia and was reported missing. The staff was very kind to her and we were all able to get her the help she needed

My most recent movie was the Chosen and was wonderful. I bought tickets on line but for some reason the email did not come through so we did not know if we really had tickets. I went to the theater to see where the problem was and the manager was very nice and apologetic and helped me figure it out. I ended up staying and watching the movie. My husband did not come because we were not sure if we had the tickets. They gave me a refund for his ticket and were very nice about the entire situation.
