The app is easy to use and made finding seats quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I have is that the lights were not turned off for the start of the movie and another patron had to go ask for them to be turned down.

First of all, you cannot pay cash for anything there. If you go in person to buy your ticket, they charge you a convenience fee to use their kiosk and if you go online, they charge even more of a convenience fee. They don't have to pay an employee to collect your money but yet they seem to have the need to make you pay more.
