Loved the comfortable seats and the yummy popcorn. Dislike having to buy a ticket online and the fee that came with it. Also did not like the long lines to get your Coke. Two machines for a busy theater is not enough!

I have enjoyed the remodeling of the theaters. The food options are great and so is the drink options. I like that I can get my tickets for upcoming shows in advance.

I love being able to go online and purchase tickets. However, I don't like the $1.50 per ticket charge. I think that is is excessive. Nobody else charges that much to make an online purchase. One fee per purchase is sufficient, but not per ticket. I went into the theatre to purchase tickets for this last movie for my son and some friends because I thought $6.00 was too much to pay for a fee for 4 tickets.

The staff is always very friendly. They recognize my grandmother and I, say hi to us every time we come in, and do everything they can to help us. We’ve never had any issues resolving a problem that we had and the staff goes out of their way to make sure that we’re happy.
