It's close to where we live. We like the $5 Tuesdays. We enjoy the luxury seats. Everyone seems friendly and helpful.
I only have one complaint: Wehn I purchased tickets for Superman last week, the system told me my payment failed. There was nothing wrong with my card. The next day, I tried again and it gave me the same message using a different card. This time, I checked my bank and it showed that it was pending.
Because it would not let me choose the same seats again, because in fact the first transaction did go through, I ended up with 8 seats with movies that started 40 minutes apart in different theaters. I went to the theater to get it sorted out because I only needed 4 seats. The assistant manager who barely looked or listened to me, gave me a refund for 44.00. I asked about the service fee. She said she couldn't refund it. I shouldn't have to pay it for the second set of tickets because it is a system error on your part that needs to be fixed. I would like the service fee refunded. I would appreciate a prompt refund.

My husband won't go unless he gets a luxury seat. We are old. Thank you for having these. Please offer more. The last time we went, we thought we had them and didn't. So he thought I TRICKED him into going.
Ability to change seats and or times and or days and or movies. I like the flexibility if something comes up at the last moment and they make it easy to modify.
