Thank you for offering discount tickets on Tuesdays! We wanted to go to the newly remodeled Logan University location, but tickets were mostly sold so we opted for Providence. We had a great experience finally seeing a movie we have been wanting to see!

We have been bringing our family to the Providence theater for over a decade. The staff is always helpful and patient (especially when my kids change their minds halfway through ordering at concessions). The theater is always clean and maintained.

I like the online purchase option for reserved seats. The luxury seats are comfortable. It is a really convenient location with plenty of parking.

Our family always goes to the megaplex and it's always great. Last night however there were technical problems with the live broadcast so the BTS concert did not start till almost an hour later and the beginning was completely skipped. No compensation was issued either. So that can be worked on. Besides that 10/10.

I liked how the seating was, how the sound system is, and how you guys were able to get the Super Mario Galaxy Movie, and chose that movie as one of your options. The first and Second Mario Movies seem like fun movies and I think that you guys should continue to play any of Nintendo’s upcoming movies. I would at least I think I would come back for the Third Mario Movie. This isn’t about my experience but I think at least right now that it is a good thing that you guys are playing Animal Farm the Movie by Angel Studios, if you guys get more of those types of movies playing in your Theater then I would want to come back. I think that the two Mario Movies fall into that same category of family friendly and teaches some good lessons, at least the book for Animal Farm dose.

I love how comfy the luxury seating is, and the avaliablity of snacks at the concession stands. The sound and picture quality is great, too.
