I purchased my tickets (2) March 9, 2026 for April 23, 2026 screening of Jurassic Park. I had Luxury, Screen 6, Seats F14, F15. You launch a new app on April 22, 2026. We get to the Megaplex at Sunset and get our tickets, food and drinks. Go to Screen 7, Seats F3, F6. Would you like to explain how that happens. You reassign 2 seats but separate them? Luckily the one young man that was working the counter was very helpful and gave us new seats. The machine wouldn't let him change it so he just wrote our seat numbers on the tickets. He had no explanation for the goof up. He was going to tell the manager. We weren't the only ones that seats & screens were changed on. An email before we go would have been nice. Otherwise everything was great. Love the Mega ReelDeals. Employees were awesome!!!! Thank you for your time.

I really enjoy the seating and on tuesday its best cost. Also the seats are perfect size becuase they are just big enough to barely fit two people for dates
