We enjoy your theater quite a bit, but at our last movie we had paid for the expensive luxury seats in the theater 3 for Superman, but our seat in row H, seat three was busted….the seat controls wouldn’t work and the seat was leaning slightly to one side making it uncomfortable to sit in. It was like a very large person had sat there and broke the seat. I let a worker know about the seat and he looked at it for a second and said there was nothing he could do, I feel like I should have been refunded for that seat.

Last year I purchased the bucket and drink cups. I think it's silly that this year, i can't take my bucket in and get a purchase of popcornat regular price. I have to purchase the large popcorn. Then, I can go back and refill it once. So I get twice the about of popcorn. I don't understand the rationale. Filling the bucket at regular price is better for the economy and better foot your bottom line. Especially since the new buckets are sold out so fast. This policy borders ridiculous. Just "food for thought".
