Like the new seats. Don’t like the fact is you can’t reserve tickets at the theater. Due to foster kids, they cannot see a movie like this unless they have a debit card but also they don’t have the extra money to spend to pay the online fee. So it leaves people out who can’t afford a movie now due to economics not turning around.

I love the new luxury seating that has been installed. It makes it easier for me to book seats for any movie, both newer releases or ones that have been there a few weeks already. I'm able to get a luxury seat now no matter what and I love that!! The luxury seats make it so I can sit comfortably through a movie and actually enjoy myself. Something I couldn't do in the older general seats from before. I know it sounds silly but it's true. I'm already planning more movie outings to your theater with my kids because of this. Thank you so much, we love the University Theater!!

I like how you made all the new improvements, such as better sound, better picture and better seats. The concessions line was very quick and efficient. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I am definitely a repeat patron!
