I appreciate the upgrade to all luxury seating and especially the half-price Tuesdays. Those days make it possible for my husband and I to afford seeing movies we love!
The customer service is awesome! I had my ticket through the app and for some reason it wasn’t working. I showed them my bank statement showing the purchase and they ended up finding the ticket through my phone number. I was grateful how the handled the situation and trusted me. I ended up loving my movie and snacks and had a great time!
The ticket kiosk in the lobby is having trouble reading credit cards. If it only takes certain cards, it should say so. Two different cards and many attempts with each were required to purchase tickets. Not good.
