Good service at the food counters. I especially like that you have ice cream. I get it every time I come to your establishment to see movies. One idea that I think would be great would be for Megaplex to do more series. Here's an example. Why not do a series of Hitchcock movies? Or do a series of movies with Jimmy Stewart starring in them. Or do all of the movies directed by Scorsese or Christopher Nolan. Or all the Bette Davis movies. Or all the Jack Nicholson movies. Geezers would show up, I guarantee it, and geezers have ALL the money and free time. I don't know how this works, but I'm betting that renting the movies to show would be much less expensive than buying the rights to show current movies and movies just coming out -- and since there is so much profit in the food, popcorn and drinks anyway, why not? I think you are kind of doing this right now by showing all the Star Wars movies or all the Lord of the Ring movies, but you could achieve the same thing with cheaper movies. Worth a try.

The megaplex continuously proves to be THE best theater in Utah. The popcorn is always the best of the best (Cinemark cannot even come CLOSE to comparing), the drink machines are always full of every single soda you could imagine, and the selection of food at the counter never ceases to amaze me. I realize this review sounds maybe like an ad because I love the Megaplex so much, but it's literally so deserving of the praise. The friendliness of the staff is a huge plus, and their customer service (who I've dealt with a few times!) is nothing short of extraordinary. I will forever ONLY go to the 'Plex.
