I love the staff! I love all the options to be good exercise in- pool, courts, indoor track, weight room, machines and cardio machines. There is so much to do it’s incredible and keeps you interested in exercising. It can never get boring especially since you also offer clubs and classes! My most favorite part of the Y is after a tough workout, being able to use the sauna, hot tub or steam room! This is total relaxation and happiness! Thank you!
Today was the first time I went to this location to sign up and let me tell you everyone was so kind! A young lady named AJ gave my family and I a tour today she was super sweet! And then the young gentleman I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he was very kind and patient with us and was able to answer our questions and concerns gracefully and super kind.
its a fun place and has friendly people to help you along the way and they explain the use of equipment its a great place to go at your own pace ,and your never rushed.
It’s Christian oriented. There’s Bible verses everywhere and my kids love it. Also it’s a great place for me to workout because of the child watch program
Great friendship are made here.
The facilities are top grade and almost always readily available to jump on right away.
Group classes are great and instructors the best.
If I may start with appreciation for all of the staff that make each visit a great experience. Many things they do are behind the scenes, unnoticed and probably under appreciated. The aquatics schedules are difficult to decipher and vary between web version, weekly download version and the posted version at the location. I've seen improvements on this next topic already but would lime to see more staff monitor the locker rooms and changing areas. I continue to see males in the female areas with their phones out and positioned in a way to video or photograph my child. I've raised the concern at the time with staff who promptly responded. I feel there needs to be more frequent monitoring of these areas to keep other members and dependents safe. The changing rooms could use more upkeep and tending. Any way we can attach the stools to the changing rooms? For some reason folks aren't using the provided benches near the lockers and I'm having to relocate the stools from the changing areas back to the changing areas. Again I'm seeing improvement around cleanliness. One example, providing tissues in the locker rooms has reduced the amount of bogeys wiped on the walls of the changing rooms. Kudos to the cleaning staff for tending the affected walls. Kudos to the maintenance staff for quickly tending to anything that isn't working correctly. Showers not turning off among many other things they keep operational without members realizing their hard work.
