After walking us through a few things that she recommended she helped to guide us with the whole process. She had a plan to sell our home and used her expertise to price it right! We could tell that she had done her homework in our area. I appreciated her no nonsense approach and that she kept us in the loop to help alleviate some of our selling anxiety.
