I did a Jump Start appointment to find the appropriate machines that I could use that would give me the same results as those machines/exercises I was using in my recent physical therapy sessions.
Paul was able to find several and helped me with the settings of the machines, how much weight to be using and how many reps for each exercise, etc. He wrote these all down so I could use the sheet as a reference when I go to the Y by myself. I recommend this for anyone new to the Y.

A lot of different programs and programs are offered. We are currently during Live Strong for cancer survivors. We had been regular user of the gym and a n exercise class befor the pandemic. I am so impressed with how it has been changed with a great use of the space offering more programs.
My son took his first swim lessons at the Y this winter, and I’ve been so impressed with the experience. He’s become much more confident in the water over just a few weeks. It’s remarkable to see all the skills he has now. He loves sharing what he learns each week with his younger brother too!
His instructor, Roubius, has been a great example. Roubius is always kind and calm, while still holding high expectations for the students. I appreciate the respectful environment he creates with an emphasis on safety. Thank you!
