I have been very happy with the low-maintenance filter rental service. The service technician was excellent—he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, worked efficiently, and quickly resolved the issue with my water. My only concern was the wait time. I had to wait nearly two weeks for a service appointment while dealing with unpleasant-smelling water. Aside from that, the service experience was very positive, and I appreciate the technician's professionalism and expertise.
