We rent our equipment and I’ve never had a water softener/RO system before but any time I’ve had a question or needed any amount of service on the system, the staff at Meredith Culligan Water out of Union Grove have been super friendly and helpful. The fellas coming out for the actual service work explain things thoroughly and do great work, along with keeping their work area clean like they were never there to begin with. Awesome group of people, would definitely recommend.
