The service was outstanding today! I also had the opportunity to observe Whitley training two new employees, Madison and Kayla. Whitley was an excellent trainer not only with providing instructions about the cleaning process but also with coaching the new employees about the importance of paying meticulous attention to details. She told them, "it's the little things like wiping off the door knobs during flu season that means a lot to your customers." Thank you for the service and especially for your service providers.
Like the flexibility of scheduling to accommodate trips etc. sometimes have to leave notes for teams if I see an area has been skipped over on previous cleaning, but generally teams do a satisfactory job. Teams seem respectful of property.
