The ladies who come to my house are always very efficient and do a great job of cleaning. They are also very friendly and happy to say hi to my dog. Products used do a great job of cleaning. Floors including my hardwood floors are very clean as are bathrooms and other surfaces. I also find that Merry Maids are very accommodating if I need to change a regular scheduled cleaning or need an extra cleaning.
