Stephen was top notch. Should have been our walk through guy the day of pick up. Stephen is a guy you should never let go. My complaint is with how I was pressured into buying a $12,000 extended warranty after I told them I was going to be a no when it was first mentioned. Gary and Natasha were way too persistent after I said no 4 or 5 times. Warranty is a scam. I’ve been buying rv’s for 30 years. I know how it works.

Heather was amazing! Not to not did she ensure we were back on the road timely (we were lucky enough for our slide to fail while in Gilbert versus the numerous remote places we had been prior!) she realized we had food in frig and made sure RV was plugged in the entire time they had it. The entire team was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable… simply awesome! We bought our RV from General RV and have visited many General RV’s since then. The Mesa crew stands out head and shoulders above others!!

All of the service representatives from the manager to the service advisor to the technicians and evenninto the parts department listen to my questions and helped me understand all my inquiries and worked toether to resolve and troubleshoot any issues or concerns that i had. Since i waited there for the day i had lots of questions and when each of them was available they helped me feel comfortable and gain knowledge as i was completing my 1st year as a travel trailer owner. Thanks everyone! Art, Stephanie, Crystal, Heather, Rick, Brendan, Gage, James and even the nice tall blonde woman walking through the waiting area engaged in a conversation with me to make sure i was happy with service and my extended warranty.
