All of the service representatives from the manager to the service advisor to the technicians and evenninto the parts department listen to my questions and helped me understand all my inquiries and worked toether to resolve and troubleshoot any issues or concerns that i had. Since i waited there for the day i had lots of questions and when each of them was available they helped me feel comfortable and gain knowledge as i was completing my 1st year as a travel trailer owner. Thanks everyone! Art, Stephanie, Crystal, Heather, Rick, Brendan, Gage, James and even the nice tall blonde woman walking through the waiting area engaged in a conversation with me to make sure i was happy with service and my extended warranty. Oh and I met Kern at the end if the day! Great team in Mesa AZ . Thanknyou all!

First and foremost I liked that it’s family owned. The salesman Troy Terry, was above par, super knowledgeable and we felt like he really kept our best interests at heart. The finance guy was super friendly and worked out the best finance deal for us. Mr. Lamb who showed us all the features of our travel trailer and how to operate everything couldn’t have been nicer and more knowledgable. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Crystal Garcia was SO awesome!! She helped us get some warranty work done. She kept us informed and helped us deal with the issues that were going on. Our generator is now fixed(fingers crossed!) Crystal definitely deserves an award for her concern and customer service!

The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and deal with. The parts and service employees were understanding and professional and very willing to help. The finance manager was professional. This was the best rv dealer experience we have ever had. We have had 10 rv’s over the years. Five were purchased from dealers. Highly recommend General RV.
