This gym is amazing. So clean and never overly crowded during evening hours. Love the black card benefits. Wish some of the staff was a bit more personable though. Most are not friendly at all and kind of just grunt at you as you walk in or thank them for the help with the black card benefits. The manager of this location is great she is always friendly and welcoming.

I like the fact that a trainer comes with the membership. Michael at the Extension/University location in Mesa will be great to work with. I have needed a trainer for some time and that fact that it is included in the membership (and with the black card the extra spa items in the special room!!!!!) makes Planet Fitness exceptional.
