The older gentleman at the counter was very very nice I told him I hadn’t been in awhile because my dog was sick and then passed away, he was very sympathetic and showed real concern, I think that’s what makes good customer service

Friendly, non judgemental gym. Good equipment and the staff is very helpful, polite and courteous. We like the location as it is 5 minutes from where we are. We also enjoy the tanning, hydro massage etc. as this is an extra bonus for us than most gyms. We are snowbirds and we are able to freeze our account with no penalties when we return and start over our exercise routine. I’m very pleased with this gym and we have had 2 persons join on our recommendation and we like that our friends when visiting can also enjoy PF at a reasonable cost.
