Without a doubt the best customer service around. I drive 2 1/2 hours each way to get materials for my projects. My salesman frank was incredible. I sent a quote request in on a Thursday night. Frank responded immediately the following day to inquire for more information. We spent the day Friday emailing and speaking on the phone making sure all details were covered, even tho he was going on vacation right after his shift was over. I was having 3 heavy duty custom brackets built for a house moving project and these needed to be very precise. The following business day I was contacted by whom I believe were the owners directly to make sure all bases were covered and the order was assembled correctly. Their attention to the details was impeccable. I received all the products as they were discussed and couldn't be happier.

There are many things 1) no formal drawing needed . Most others call for CAD drawings or at least drawings drawn by professionals to even make the simplest parts. 2) very short turn around time. Sometimes as small as few hours. 3) Personal Credit Card payment accepted
