I liked that you were very responsive, good price and quick turnaround of my order. I am a DIYer and you had no problem quickly fulfilling my small order. I thought that because I am a DIYer with a small order that I would probably not be a priority and would have to wait. Instead, it was the opposite, and I feel I was treated just like a business customer. Your salesperson and front counter person were very helpful and nice to deal with. You have a huge variety in size, shape and metal. You have a friendly staff that knows where stuff is and can happily make the cuts I need quickly. On my last visit your scrap pile was a fantastic resource for the odd small bit I needed to finish a project. No minimum, fair price. What's not to like!?
