The Front office staff are patient helpful and knowledgeable. I recently places an order for quite a few pieces of steel angle, pipe and aluminum. They did a great job taking my order. I had a question about the dimensions of an aluminum channel and they led me back into the shop area to verify my application would fit. The parts were cut and deburred beautifully. All I had to do was start fabrication. The whole team made my project go very smoothly.

I like the friendliness of the people working there, the ease of being able to browse what is in stock and on the shelf. I also like being able to buy "drops" or scrap pieces of metal. I am learning how to weld and this store has been very helpful to me. Definitely one of my all time favorite stores in Dayton, Ohio.
